See my friend your board score is quite low if it is CBSE board. Please specify your board & category also. Still i can make you clear what rank you will get. Your rank will be near 2 lakhs as per score. For NITs if you are a general or OBC category student you need rank under 1 lakh. At that rank also you will get a low favoured branch in a low ranked NIT. For good NITs & their good branches you need a rank under 30k. So i will suggest you if want a NIT, drop this year, work hard & appear for JEE mains again. See hardwork & determination is needed for a good preparation.
