Can I get any NIT for civil, mechanical or CS branch with 82 marks in Mains and 74% in class 12th CBSE board?

According to CSAB 2015, I am not eligible for it.

OLD NIT with these credentials may not be possible, you can get some newer NITS which may not be in the same league. Frankly.....I dont think so....In NIT......students having marks 150/200 above in JEE and 80% above in boards.
