Can I get any NIT for civil, mechanical or CS branch with 82 marks in Mains and 74% in class 12th CBSE board?

According to CSAB 2015, I am not eligible for it.

Frankly.....I dont think so....In NIT......students having marks 150/200 above in JEE and 80% above in boards.
