Can I get any NIT for studying CSE or IT via JoSAA counselling? My JEE Mains rank is 56129 from SC category.

JoSAA choices has been locked. So you can not go for JoSAA counselling. But you can think of CSAB once it starts after JoSAA in which only AIR is considered for counselling. Since your SC rank is this high then your AIR would have been too high so it's like very tough to get CSE/IT. Hope it helps.
