Can I get any NIT, IIIT or any good engineering college with 62.240 percentile and SC category with 32700 rank for CSE?

No, It's not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs or IIITs with this percentile. It's better to use college predictor tool to know in which private institutes you are eligible. https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor.
