Can I get any NIT or IIIT with 70 percentile? If yes, which college and which branch can I expect? I belong to SC category.

Yes, you can get NITs which have lower cutoffs but it would be very difficult to get admission in Top NITs and IIITs, as you belong to SC category so there may be chance you'll get an IIIT with less demanding and popular specialisation like Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
