Can I get any NIT or iiit with 76 percentile and 87716 rank in JEE Main with CS branch.
I have scored 92 percent in class 12 from CBSE board.

I am afraid your 76 percentile is quite low to get admission in any NIT and especially in CS branch. If one understands the percentile, then it is clear that 24% of almost 13 lakh students are above you. But then there could be some dynamics in admission process which may enable you to get admission somewhere.
