Can I get any NIT or IIIT with 82 marks in JEE Mains and 74% in class 12th CBSE board?

No, you can't get admission in any of the NITs since your scores are not good enough, neither in class 12th nor in JEE.

If he is St/ST/SC candidate, he must have got admission in a very easy way. 82 in JEE Mains and 72% in boards. Admission is almost fixed in any NIT.
