Can I get any NIT with OBC NCL rank of 97285 in JEE Mains?

From what I assume with information provided by you is that you are from reserved category and your rank is below 1 Lacs. So, you might not get top ranking NIT's but there is a chance that you might get the core branches (except CSE, IT, Software etc. ). In the Newer NIT's, since they accept ranking
