Can I get any of the NITs with a rank of 13658? I belong to SC category.

Hello Bala,
You may not get an NIT with your all India rank of 13658. You may get a seat at an NIT with your home state rank.

Since, your home state is Tamil Nadu, you can get home state ranks for NIT Trichy only. But, you cannot get a seat at NIT-Trichy with this rank.
