Can I get any scholarship if I join any other college from the 1st-year? I have discontinued my course.

If you fall under the eligibility criteria of the scholarship, you will definitely get it. Your discontinuation of the course won't effect it but if you have availed some scholarship initially and then discontinued the course then it might create some problem.
