Can i get any scholarship on basis of my boards marks?

I got good percentage in boards.

In which stream you want to take admission. In IIT's, NIT's it is not possible to get admission only on the basis of +2 percentage and also they do not offer scholarships. But there are some top universities where you can take admission on the basis of 12th percentage and you can get scholarships as
