Can I get automobile engineering with only 38 marks in JEE-Mains exam?

Hello Vikas,
With 38 marks out of 360, I feel you should introspect as to what went wrong. Can you overcome this? If the answer is yes, then take break of one year, study well and again appear next year.
Presently, your only chance could be management quota.
