Can I get B.Sc at Ramanujan College with 75 percentile in CUET?

I don't think so the CUET cut-off percentiles for B.Sc courses at top colleges like Ramanujan College are generally in the range of 97.5-98.5 for the general category, which is much higher than 75 percentile.
