Can i get b.tech (cs) in krishna ,indrapastha institute ,or any other good college in up ,my uptu rank is 45366

Sourav this depends upon the cutoff. In case you don't get admission in a good institute in your state you can try for admission in some of the private universities on the basis of your UPTU rank as certain private universities do honour the ranks of other states' board tests scores/ranks. Good luck
