Yes, you will get computer science engineering easily in Jaypee University of Information Technology, Himachal Pradesh. You may also get JIIT Noida sector 128 at this rank.

Yes, for sure.
You don't even need to opt for dual degree course, you can get CSE in non-integrated course too, I guess.
