Can I get B.Tech in Mechanical through JOSAA or CSAB in lower NITs?

I scored 65.21% and my CRL is 530125. I saw cutoff of Mechanical in the lowest NITs to be around 2 lakh in the 6th round of JOSAA ( category wise CRL ). Category wise my CRL would be around 40-45k.
