Can I get B.Tech. (Lateral Entry) admission after diploma and without higher secondary?

Yes, of course. For admission in JGEC and KGEC, you don't need to complete class 12th. But, for JU you need to have passed Class 12th. -
The eligibility is as below. Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering/Technology or B.Sc. with Maths at 10+2 level from a recognized board.
I don't think you will be able to apply for the same.
