    One should always pursue a course based on ones likes & passion .
    ideally CS goes well with LLB as a major role of a CS is compliance to company act & other related statutory requirements for effective functioning of an organisation. A CS is a professional qualification for which one need not attend any college,so one can pursue it along with full time BMS. All you need to do is do self study on a regular basis along with your study for BMS.

    Go for CS as after the implementation of the Companies Act ,2013, CS are in high demand. Company secretary is very lucrative and with the implementation of companies act, 2013 the scope has widened for a company secretary as a professional. A company secretary can be in practice or in employment be appointed as a key managerial person. Company secretary are also called as compliance managers as they are the ones with an overall and all round knowledge of various laws applicable on the industries.
