can I get better job after completing b.tech from BIT Sindri

Getting a good Job is d pure outcome of a Student all institutes do well for placement cell but its an individual talent which makes him to the interview and getting Placed. . All the Best!!!

I don't know exactly, but I have heard from my friends that many PSU companies like DVC, BCCL, Power Grid Corporation Of India, ONGC, Gail, L&T and many private firms like TCS, Techmahindra, LG, Cognizant go there during campus placement, so if you are qualified enough and able to give the interview well, then surely you can grab the job, but getting the job entirety depends upon you.
