Can I get BME branch in SGSITS, Indore with 1.2 lac rank in the college level counselling I belong to all India quota?

You might get it, as the cut-off is generally less for BM branch. Also, try for some good branches in other colleges. -

Getting Biomedical here in SGSITS with this rank is quite tough. I can't say about the college level counselling because it is so unpredictable. Although you can try to fill this branch in CLC round. Also, do check last year's cutoff so that you can ensure your seat here.

Please mention your 12th Boards score. If your score is above 75% in 12th, then you will get admission. But if it is lower than that, then the desired branch may not available for you.
Make a call to the college and ask them regarding this.
