Can I get BMSIT CSE in 1st round if my rank is 3514?

I just finished with my kcet 2016 document verification, I am giving my options as of now.I prefer CSE in BMSIT.Can I get it in the very 1st round of counselling?

its a bit difficult to get cse in bmsce in the first round. I would suggest you to take part in the further round.kindly check the seat matrix available at the official website of kea. All the best! !!!
