Can I get Canada student visa with 5 backlogs? I have got 69% in mechanical engineering and 6.5 band in IELTS.

I scored 90% in class 10th and 79% in 12th.

Up to 8 backs are allowed in Canada, so 5 will work. Clear your backs, if you have not cleared it yet. You have a decent score in class 10th, 12th, graduation and IELTS also. Just clear your backlogs, you will get the admission in college and visa too.
