Can I get Canada visa?

I completed my BE in civil in 2015 with 7.02 CGPA (10 backlogs) and I have 6 bands in IELTS. I have 1.5 years of experience as a civil engineer. I also applied for Australia but unfortunately they found some query and after that I withdrew my file. Now I want to apply for Canada.

You need to have no backlogs and 6.5 in all modules of IELTS. That's the basic requirement.
