Can I get Canadian study visa? I have got 6 bands overall but 5 in one module.

I have recently done my 12th with 71% and got 6.4 CGPA in 10th.

Hi Harry Lubana, You can apply for the visa but after you have been accepted by a college. Regarding your IELTS you can check with the colleges if they find your profile competitive they may give you a pathway course in English. Check colleges both under SPP and non-SPP scheme.
