Can I get chance to study in foreign country after Diploma in civil engineering. ?
10 passed with 77% and after that Diploma in civil engineering.

Hi,
It will depend on which country and which programme you are targeting. Most of the Europe schools would be fine with it. However, most of the US schools will need 3 to 4 years under graduation degree (and not a Diploma). It is best to first decide which programme you want to enroll in, list down
