Can I get change my college from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University to Anna University (CEG, Guindy) for B.Tech?

I am in BE 2nd semester of a college in Bhilai under Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University. I have completed 12th in state board with 54%.

It involves a lot of procedure which might take a long time to get over. So, changing universities might be a little too hectic or maybe impossible.

Hello Shreyash, Changing college within same university is quite a task, changing into college of another university is very difficult and changing across different states is next to impossible. Your best bet is to reconcile and continue in same college.
