First of all, it's GFTI college, not GFIT college. You have not mentioned your proper information, like which exam you have given, your All-India Rank, or gender. However, with the 23 percentile, you did not get admission to any National Institute of Technology (NIT) or Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTI) colleges in the civil branch. But you may get into these colleges for computer Science and engineering branches.
    1-PSIT College of Engineering.
    2-Visual Institute of Technology.
3-Dronacharya Group of Institutions. For a more accurate prediction, you may use the Shiksha JEE Main college predictor. (https://www.shiksha.com/en

Tripurari I am afraid to tell you that even after being a PWD Candidate your percentile is very low and that means you have not qualified the JEE Mains exams. So, you cannot get both NIT or GFIT with any branch. You can definitely try next year. Hoping for your better future. Hope your query is resolved. Best of luck for your future.
