Can I get civil from IET-Lucknow in spot round of UPTU? I've got mechanical from KNIT-Sultanpur in 3rd round. My GN rank is 3175.
I have decided to go for spot round rather than taking admission in KNIT-Sultanpur.

Yes, you can but I'll suggest you to take any of the branches in the IET Lucknow as after that there are 2 internal sliding options are available that is only for the students studying there. -
