<p>It is highly unlikely that you can get admission to CMC Vellore with 600 marks for MBBS. The cutoff marks for CMC Vellore are generally very high, and for the SC category, the cutoff is around 560+ marks. For the ST category, it is around 580+ marks. Therefore, with a score of 600, you may not be able to secure a seat in CMC Vellore.</p>
