Can I get College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar with 54 score in JEE and 2,15,884 rank?

It is difficult to get with this score. Though you can get IGIT. Getting preferred branches or say good branches is not possible in CET. You can try for IGIT (Government College).

You may look for Bachelor of Planning, B.Tech in Textile Engineering, B.Tech in Fashion Technology, generally the cut off rank for other branches is between 13,000-70,000.
