Can I get colleges to come under JAC counseling?

I got 98% in class 10th and 76% in class 12th, and gave JEE Main 56% and give IIITH and a special quota is also provided to the single girl child in JAC counseling, as I am a single girl child, so can I be eligible or can I be selected under JAC counseling?
