Yes. You may get this. But be sure cutoff vary every year so don't depend this on too much. Try this and jec also. You will get. Tku.

As per the last year trends at SGSITS, The closing rank in B.Tech CSE was 19026 (Round-2). While in upgraded rounds this was 22328. Hence your chances are moderate here.
