You need to take Amity JEE as it would be a written objective type test of PCM. Based on the test score and your 60% in 12th in PCM you will secure a seat.

Amity University takes admission on the basis of board result (student should have more than 69% in PCM and English) and they take an interview and a written test but that also because they have some rules to follow on paper. Reality is that they take anyone having more than 69% in boards.
