Yes, you may get IIEST, Shibpur. You should wait till last round. Just arrange your colleges in that preference at JoSSA counselling.

Yes, you can get this college with CS branch but if you might not get this college in the 3-4 round, then you should not lose hope as up till the last round of the counselling you will easily get this college.
