Can I get CS with 51 marks in JEE? I am outside Punjab candidate.

No, Thapar college has a set cut-off of about 60000 rank in Mains. Moreover you probably crossed that limit hence it is not likely for you to get into it. Yes, you can but in the last round of the counselling or in the spot round as in that almost 10% seats are left vacant. In that, you can easily get admission in this college.

No, your rank is not good as per Thapar's requirement but you will get other colleges eg GNE, LPU, etc.

No, It is difficult to get CS with such score. You can try for other branches. You can get other, but CS is difficult.

Your jee mains marks is some short but as u said u are from SC category u can get good government or semi government college, if not then top private college will u get and scholarship from government also provide to u so the burden of fee will reduce.
