Yes, definitely, you will get Computer Science and Engineering in a government college (if your rank is less than 90000) with 91 marks. Otherwise, go for a private or semi-government college, you will definitely get CSE. In Madhya Pradesh, you can go for IET DAVV, SGSITS, Acropolis - 1, Ujjain Engineering College, Jabalpur Engineering College.
