Can I get CSE at sastra with 463/500 in CBSE board and with 84.46 percentile in JEE Mains? Or what else course can I opt?

There are chances that you can get CSE in SASTRA as most of the guys who apply for CSE in SASTRA get around 85-90 percentile, and even you fall in the same category. So, mostly you can get a CSE seat.
