If you want CSE in SVNIT Surat in general, all India you should have a rank below 5200 [99.51 percentile] nearby and in home state it should be below rank. However, I couldn't find any information on whether you can get CSE at SVNIT Surat with 98.26 percentile EWS girl or NIT Surathkal other state.
