With an EWS rank of 42670 and a CRL rank of around 2.67 Lakhs (approximately 81.90 percentile) in JEE Main, your chances of getting CSE branch at any NIT are moderate.

It's too difficult to get CSE fir 81.90 percentile . One has to have percentile of at least 98 incase of general category.
