If that is your category rank then I have to say that the chances of you getting CSE depend upon whether you have the home state quota or not. Because the cut-off for other state quota is 4212 for CSE and 6388 for Integrated CSE. While the cut-off for the home state quota is 32120 for CSE and 78797
