If that is your category rank then I have to say that the chances of you getting CSE depend upon whether you have the home state quota or not. Because the cut-off for other state quota is 4212 for CSE and 6388 for Integrated CSE. While the cut-off for the home state quota is 32120 for CSE and 78797 for Integrated CSE. These are all category ranks. So I'm sorry to say that you would not be able to get admission into CSE at NIT Hamirpur.
