Can I get CSE in any NIT, IIIT or GFTI with a rank of 36K or 70 percentile? I belong to SC category.

With 70% tile in JEE Mains and belonging to SC category getting into top NITs or GFTIS for CSE is unlikely however there is a possibility of getting a seat in some NITs or GFTIs with lower cutoffs through cseb special counselling or through other state level or private engineering colleges.
