There is no chance of getting CSE at 280 marks in BITS Hyderabad. You can get Chemical/Manufacturing or Civil as per the last year's cutoff. Please go through this link for more information: http://bitsadmission.com/cutoffscores2017.aspx
You can also do one thing- Take integrated M.Sc. course in the first year, perform well in the end semesters and get a transfer into CSE, provided you score above 8.5 CGPA.
