You might get CSE in Heritage with 42k rank but chance is less. You have to be patient and wait till the last round. In 2018, the cutoff for CSE was 32k after 3rd round. However you will surely get all other branches namely ECE, IT, Electrical, Mechanical, etc. Best of Luck! -
Yes, chances are quite less. There is one more good option is go for WBJEE.
