Your rank does not support you even if you are a delhiet. Check academic details of wide platform, exposure, faculty, scholarships etc. and then log in to some more college sites like JECRC, LPU, JNTU etc and check their schemes so that you have a better idea of benefits.

Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
