Can I get CSE/IT in IIIT?
My JEE Mains CRL rank -40145 and OBC category rank 10902. Which other colleges can I get into?

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. JEE is a super competitive exam, nationwide. You will not be able to get branches with high demand such as IT or CSE with 135 marks. Tentatively, you need to get 160+ marks for better chances of these courses in NIT and IIIT. Students often have doubts about the marks vs percentile in JEE Mains 2021. The National Testing Agency NTA releases JEE Main result of candidates in the form of percentile scores.
