No, you can't get seat with the 23007 rank in AEEE exam.

For open category CSE Coimbatore below 500 CSE -Bangalore 500 to 1000 CSE Kerala below 1700 This is 2022 counselling results I didn't get any of these, my rank was 2100, I got EEE Coimbatore.
