Hi Dilip,

You can do M.Ed in special education through distance mode from IGNOU. Eligibility for admission to M.Ed. Special Education in IGNOU is B.Ed. Special Education or equivalent degree approved by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) with an aggregate of 50% marks and two years of teaching
