The Bhawanipur Education Society College admissions are based on merit in the last qualifying exam. The college considers Class 12 score for admission to UG courses whereas, graduation marks are considered for PG programmes. BESC Kolkata releases a merit list to announce the names of the selected candidates. Such aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the college.
