Can I get direct admission at DIT University?

Top 10% students in each UG course can continue their merit scholarship based on their CGPA obtained in each complete year at DIT University. Students should maintain a CGPA of 6 and above every year without any back paper, UFM and indiscipline case. Below is the criteria:

The requirement of entrance exam varies course-wise. Aspirants are shortlisted for UG programmes except BTech based on their merit. Admission in PG-level courses, such as MCA, MA, MSc is merit-based. Candidates can get admission in these courses without passing any entrance exam.

DIT University offers direct admission to Class 12 board toppers. The university offers direct admission in 10% seats. For all other aspirants, JEE Main is required. Aspirants must also meet the eligibility for admission in BTech programme.

Candidates must have studied Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology to apply for BCA at DIT University. Hence, Mathematics is not compulsory. The total tuition fees for BCA is INR 2.5 lakh at DIT University. Students taking admission under Uttarakhand or Himalayan state quota can also apply for scholarship. Selected students get 25% scholarship on the tuition fees.
