Yes, GNITS accepts admission directly as well, under the management quota, which is the 'B' category admission process. 

To be eligible for direct admission under management quota, candidate must have scored atleast 45 percent in their class 12th board examinations.

G.Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.E. / B.TechCandidates who have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
M.E./M.TechCandidate must have passed B.E./B.Tech in relevant stream and obtained at least 50% marks in group subjects taken together in the qualifying examination (45% for reserved category).
